Sometimes, new parents do not know how to change a diaper properly. Over time, the mother will get used to it. then, what about the father? Are we as fathers should also be able to do it?
the correct answer is "YES". in certain circumstances we as a father forced to do it and make sure you do it right. If not, then you will create a new problem. Changing diapers in a way that is not true can cause irritation to the baby's diaper rash on the skin or may be leaking and will open a lot when your baby moves.

Let us begin, a few tips for parents to replace disposable diapers:

Preparation First

First, make sure all the equipment that you are prepared easily in reach. Such as the new diapers, baby cream, baby wipes or a clean cloth, and clean water. Don't forget to wash your hand.

Position
  1. Set up a warm, clean, dry, area to change your baby. In the beginning you may use a changing mat, but a towel or clean cloth nappy on any soft, warm surface will work, too.
  2. Keep one hand on your baby at all times.
  3. Watch out for a bowel movement squishing up your baby’s back as you lay him/ her down.
  4. If he moves a lot, try to sing a song or give he/she toys that she likes.
Finishing
  1. Unfasten the diaper tabs and fasten them back on themselves so they don't stick to your baby, but don't remove the dirty diaper yet.
  2. Wipe away any poop with the diaper, taking care to cover the penis with a clean cloth or diaper if your baby is a boy (for sanitary reasons and to avoid the aforementioned warm shower).
  3. Lift the baby's bottom off the table using the ungainly-yet-effective ankle hold.
  4. Fold the dirty diaper in half under the baby, unsoiled side up.
  5. Use a baby wipe or wet cloth to clean your baby's front thoroughly. For a girl, always wipe from front to back -- away from her vagina. This will help to reduce the possibility that bacteria will get into her vagina and cause an infection.
  6. Lift both of your baby's legs and clean his bottom.
  7. Swap a clean diaper for the dirty one. The clean diaper's top half (the half with the tabs) should go under your baby's rear, and the bottom half should come up between his legs (which should be spread as widely as is comfortable for your baby).
  8. Try not to bunch the diaper between your baby's legs -- it can cause chafing and discomfort. For newborns, avoid covering the umbilical cord (you can get special newborn diapers with notches cut out for the stump). For boys, tuck the penis down so moisture will be less likely to escape.
  9. Fasten the diaper at both sides with the tapes, making sure it's snug, but not so tight that it pinches his skin.
  10. Re-tape the soiled diaper around the contents, put it in the plastic bag, and put it in the bin. Dress your baby, and wash your hands thoroughly. That's it -- you're done!
To clean a girl
  • Wipe from the front to back to prevent germs from her bowel movement from getting into the urinary tract.
  • Clean between the outer folds of the labia.
  • There is no need to clean inside the vagina.

To clean a boy
  • Wash the area well and clean from front to back.
  • Do not pull the foreskin back when cleaning the penis.
Solution for Diaper rash

Diaper rash begins as red, inflamed skin and can lead to raw, open areas of skin. Rashes can be caused by:
  • irritation from the dampness of urine or a bowel movement on the skin.
  • reaction to soap, perfumes or oils.
  • a yeast infection that can be spread from the mother or from stool.

Steps to avoid diaper rash
  • Wash your hands before and after changing a diaper.
  • Keep skin dry by changing the diaper as soon as it gets wet or soiled.
  • Allow the area to air dry for a short time before putting on the clean diaper.
  • Avoid using soap. Wash the diaper area with warm water and dry well.
  • Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly or zinc-based cream.
  • Avoid perfumed wipes and using airtight plastic pants over the diaper.
  • Before placing the baby in the bath, clean the diaper area when removing the diaper. Then, when bathing the baby, wash the diaper area again as the last step.
